No Questions Asked: If you’re unhappy for any reason, simply let us know — we won’t hassle you with long forms or back-and-forth.

Full Refund or Exchange: Choose a full refund back to your original payment method, or exchange your firewood for a replacement order.

📦 Conditions

Firewood must be unused and in reasonable condition.

Refunds apply to the firewood cost; delivery and stacking service fees are non-refundable once completed.

Exchanges are subject to availability.
