LLAMAWOOD is a premium on-demand firewood delivery platform serving Richmond, VA's most discerning homeowners — and we're scaling fast. We went from $0 to $500K in 18 months and we're not slowing down. Our mission is simple: make it super easy to enjoy more fires by delivering a one-stop-shop firewood experience to Richmond homes. We're obsessed with quality, convenience, and making our customers feel like they have a personal firewood concierge on speed dial. We need someone who can keep the machine humming while Hunter focuses on growth.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Inbox and Calendar. You'll be the gatekeeper, the scheduler, and the master of Hunter's time — coordinating with customers, partners, suppliers, and business contacts so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Execute with Precision. From drafting correspondence and managing follow-ups to coordinating with our delivery team and suppliers, you'll be the one who makes sure everything actually happens.
  • Support Business Operations. You'll help manage customer communications, track orders and outstanding tasks, and keep the business running smoothly in the background so Hunter can stay focused on growth.
  • Leverage AI and Automation. You'll identify opportunities to use AI tools to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and free Hunter up for high-impact decisions.
  • Become a Strategic Partner. This isn't just administrative work — it's becoming someone Hunter can trust to think ahead, protect his time, and help execute on an aggressive growth vision.

What You'll Need

Experience in a fast-paced administrative or operations support role, ideally in a startup or entrepreneurial environment. A strong command of G-Suite and modern productivity and AI tools. Exceptional written and verbal English communication. The ability to work independently and remotely without hand-holding. A bias toward action, an eye for detail, and a personality that genuinely enjoys bringing order to chaos.
