Our core service is developing technology that connects firewood delivery businesses and buyers on demand. Here's how the app works, step by step:
Step 1
A buyer visits LLAMAWOOD.com
The buyer just needs an email address and phone number.
Step 2
The buyer chooses their firewood
The buyer enters their service type; reviews each firewood option for wood type, size, and delivery type; chooses the desired option; leaves detailed delivery instructions; then confirms the order.
Step 3
The buyer is matched with a seller
A nearby firewood business sees and chooses to accept the buyer's delivery request. The buyer is automatically notified when the delivery is scheduled.
Step 4
The driver takes the firewood to the delivery address
The buyer is automatically notified when the driver is on the way. The buyer is notified again when their delivery is just a few minutes away and when the driver arrives at the delivery address.
Step 5
The buyer leaves a rating and review
At the end of each delivery, the buyer can rate the driver and firewood from 1 to 5 stars. Buyers also have the option to give the driver complements.
